At Michael Steward Paintings, we want you to love your Fine artwork, crafted by Michael Steward, 35-year career and Oscar winner. If you’re not fully satisfied, we offer returns under the following conditions. All prices are in USD.
1. Return Eligibility

Original Paintings ($4,400 to $6,000 USD):

Returnable within 14 days of delivery if undamaged, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Returns are subject to inspection. No restocking fee.

Giclée Prints ($640–$1400 USD, when available):

Returnable within 7 days of delivery if undamaged, unframed, and in original packaging.

Returns are subject to inspection. A 10% restocking fee ($60–$75 USD) may apply to cover handling, unless waived.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Buyer Responsibility: Buyers cover return shipping costs for non-damaged artwork, unless otherwise agreed.

Local Pickup Returns: No shipping costs for in-person returns at our Vancouver studio.
4. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (e.g., PayPal, bank transfer) within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned artwork, minus any applicable restocking fee for prints.
